I made this myself entirely from scratch using Marvellous Designer, Blender and Substance Painter.

-10k Faces

-All 4k PBR MaterialsIncluding Normal and AO maps.

-Shape Key On The Collar To Bring It Up To The Mouth. (May need to adjust according to avatar)

In this package I have the FBX and I also have a unity package with all the materials set up with dissolve and emissions and stuff!

Must have prior rigging and blender knowlage to use.

It has an armature so you should just have to merge it with your current armature, If not you may need to weight transfer your current models base to this mesh too work properly.
