I weighted it to Kaycee's skinny base (https://kc3d.gumroad.com/) You may need to re wight or just data transfer it to your own base.

I have included a unity package with the materials set up, The hue shift and dissolve are made, you just have to make the animations!

I have also included the Substance Painter files incase you wanna retexture.
